15cm Labubu Fit: This set fits the smaller "Have a Seat" Labubu, but the shorts/shoes are a snug fit requiring patience. A dedicated 15cm version is in development—follow our shop for news!

Return/After Sales
Return Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is brand new, clean, and in its original packaging with all accessories as received. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, customers are liable to cover return postage.

How to Return?
All you need to do is to email our Care team at info@popdollwear.com for authorisation and instructions. Please kindly follow all details for a prompt refund or exchange.
If you are returning from abroad, you must clearly state outside the package label as: "RETURN TO RETAILER FOR A REFUND" to avoid extra import customs charge on your returned item. We reserve the rights to deduct from your refund or reject the return completely if extra customs fee occurs as a result of customers not following instructions when returning the items to us.
